We are open from 1 April to 31 October.
Daily Rates:
$80 - $90 (1-2 people),
3 nights minimum stay,
$15 for an additional person, plus 5% federal and 10% provincial taxes
Weekly Rates:
$480 - $540 (1-2 people),
$90 additional person, plus 5% federal and 10% provincial taxes
On Season: 16 May - 30 September
Off Season: 1 Oct - 15 May

Meals: Breakfast included. You are welcome to use the barbeque to have a relaxing dinner on the porch (fresh garden salad included) and to space in the fridge for picnic treats.
Free passes to the National Parks and Green Gables House are available.
Special Note: This is a non-smoking, scent free environment, and it is not suitable for pets. We ask that you please consider those with sensitivities and refrain from using perfumes, scented cosmetics, aftershave lotions, scented soaps, etc. during your stay. Thank you.
Security Deposit: $100 (wkly reservations)

Cancellation Policy: We realize your carefully made plans can run into unforseen difficulty. Therefore on stays of one week or longer we will refund your deposit less a $20.00 service fee if we receive a full 7 days notice of cancellation.
For stays less than 1 week we reserve the right to charge you for 1 nights accomodation if we receive less than 48 hours notice of the cancellation and if we cannot otherwise rent the room.
