Situated at the top of a hill overlooking the Northumberland Strait, fields, woods and cows in the pasture, is a 3 bedroom fully equipped cottage. The kitchen - dining - living space is open, light, and airy with a screened in porch, large open deck, and barbeque. |

The kitchen has a full sized stove with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer/dryer, as well as an outdoor solar and breeze powered dryer. Fresh fish and groceries are available nearby and our organic garden supplies everyone with fresh vegetables in season.
There is a full bath with 2 sinks for lots of toothbrushes and an additional outdoor shower for fun.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has twin beds. One bedroom has it's own private deck and all have two large windows to catch the Argyle Shore breezes. All have electric heat and their own thermostat. A futon in the living room sleeps an additional 2 people. |

The Summerhouse is complete with all bed linens, blankets, bath, kitchen and beach towels, bicycles and boogie boards. Just pack your skivvies and swim gear.
Walk to the beach, cycle the scenic Shore Road, and make use of the books, games, videos, TV, and DVD player. Restaurants, theatre and golf are nearby. |

The Summerhouse is a scent-free cottage. Please refrain from the use of perfumes, scented cosmetics, aftershave lotions, etc. during your stay here. Thank you.
Scent free and environmentally friendly soaps and cleaners are used in the cottage and the laundry.
Non smoking environment inside and on the grounds of the cottage please.
